Yes, you are not limited to the locations recommended. Custom chosen launches are offered from Palm Beach to Broward County ONLY. Select your option in the “Book Here” tab, and you will be asked to enter in your custom address.
Yes, a release and waiver of liability form will need to be completed by each participant prior to your appointment. Children 18 & under must be accompanied by adult. You can complete this form in the “Release Forms” tab.
Yes, reservations are mandatory in order to reserve equipment. You can choose your preferred day & time in the “Book Here” tab.
Yes, $20 non refundable deposit is mandatory to ensure your appointment.
We understand that plans change. With 48 hours notice, you may reschedule or request a refund. Less than 48 hours notice may request a reschedule but may not request a refund. No shows are not rescheduled or refunded. If bad weather, or low tide, is the issue, we will refund or re-book you for a better day in the future.
$20 non refundable deposit is required to be sent via Cashapp or Zelle after booking your reservation.
The final cost of your booking will be emailed to you before your designated reservation. Payment should be sent prior to the day of your reservation.

You can request any add on items in the email you receive after booking your reservation. Last minute add ons can be calculated onto your original payment on the day of your appointment, if needed. Payment for these add ons is required to be sent before the reservation time begins.

If you are a beginner, or just want a reminder on how to use the equipment, the first hour of your booked reservation can be dedicated to a demonstration. This can be located in the ”add on” tab.
Capture your water adventures with our stunning drone footage service! For 2 hours out of your booking, our aerial drone will record breathtaking high-definition videos of your experience. Video edit included.
There is no set age requirement however all participants must be able to swim and must be able to paddle alone, safely. For this reason we do not recommend kids under 6 to paddle. Children 18 & under must be accompanied by adult
Dogs 30 lbs and under permitted ONLY. A life jacket will be provided for your furry friend, and must be worn at all times. This can be located in the “add on” tab.
No, all boards and kayaks must stay at the designated location for the length of your appointment. The delivery and assembly will be provided for you.
